Initially had problem's with the app and felt I was being scammed as I could not get into my account after transferring money in. I then saw a post about my font or display size being to big causing the app to not work correctly. Once I changed my font size I hAve had no problems at all. Started with a panic but after font size change everything thing has been great!!!!

I was not a fan of when they dropped the APY on me. However, I do understand that is how this works. I still have a 4.4% APY and am very happy with that. I have, however, had to call customer support the past 3 times I've put money from an external account into Open bank. Speaking of customer service, the first time I had trouble, I was connected to a man named John, who was fantastic and had an elegant handle on his job. Serious props to the customer service department. Still, fix that, please!

I feel lucky after reading the previous reviews. I have had no problems setting up the app. The only difficulty I had was the waiting time of days for the transfer of funds to show up on the app after I transferred it from my savings account. Other than that, I have received more interest in one month from Open Bank than a whole a year of interest from my Chase savings account. Thank you, Open Bank. The next big test will be to see how smooth it is to withdraw funds when I need to.

Have been trying to call for over an hour and keep getting transferred. I'm trying to open high yield savings account :(Finally got through and the agent who I spoke with said they were almost closing and to call back Monday... I will probably search for another bank who wants to help 💔 Also, there is a bug in your application and the phone number does not display, the customer facing side only sees the code. Please fix it, so your customers don't get frustrated

Have to change my password EVERY time I log in, doesn't recognize my data, so I must provide photos of ID EVERY time I "need" to change my password, then most of the time required verification code doesn't come even with notifications on, no way to contact. Not the first time I've wondered if they were happy to take my money but intentionally make it difficult to manage my account. Hassel isn't worth the additional interest earned. If I could get to my $, I'd reinvest it NOW. Using the smallest font.
