• Verify your identity on certain transactions using One-Time Passcode (OTP) security.

• Move money from your personal bank accounts at other financial institutions to your Openbank high-yield savings accounts.
• Make transfers to accounts at other banks within the U.S.

I had a pretty straightforward experience after downloading the app. I registered my device, and then I clicked on my open and active account. I registered the account information from my external account and moved the money in. It'll take 1-2 business days to process, pretty simple.

Mostly effortless so far. Setup via the app was fine. Had trouble adding beneficiaries via the app but called customer support and spoke to a human who spoke good English within a minutes wait. She added my beneficiaries over the phone. I'll come back and update if I have problems withdrawing.

I've used Open Bank for 2 years with no problem. Super easy to set up account, transfer savings in and out, set up repeated automatic transfers, add beneficiaries. 4 family members are also banking here, no problems at all. App works great with Android and IOS. Highly recommend. Deposits aren't available for withdrawal for 4 days in accordance with banking laws (fraud prevention) so don't panic if funds show not available.

App crashed while trying to transfer money out to an external account. I think, they purposely make it challenging to transfer money out of your Open Bank account. Be careful.

Problem after problem with the bank, not the app. Takes forever to transfer money. It's all going back to AMEX.

Horrible app, rude customer service. Even now that I am trying to move my money out of the bank due to them being untrustworthy and unhelpful, I am now having issues getting my money out. The poor service isn't worth the interest rate they offer. Update: my account finally closed. It took them over a month to get my funds out and close my account. Absolutely horrible service.
