My experience with this app has been awful. After 3 weeks I am still unable to withdraw my money. They are aware of the issue and say they are working on it, but I can't believe it would take more than 3 weeks to solve. If Open bank wouldn't be part of Santander I would think this bank is a Ponzi scheme and my money is gone.... very bad PR for Santander in the Americas

I tried on several occasions to link my main credit union account for transfers, but I was unable to. Ultimately there was a verification conflict between the two entities, and I prefer more freedom and access to my funds. Open bank is not for me. Also, they did the ole rug pull drop of interest yield after I signed up and transferred funds, which I found deceptive.

App just took me in a loop to sign in, this never happened before... it's bad enough they have reduced the interest every few months. Time to take my money out and close this account
