I've used Open Bank for 2 years with no problem. Super easy to set up account, transfer savings in and out, set up repeated automatic transfers, add beneficiaries. 4 family members are also banking here, no problems at all. App works great with Android and IOS. Highly recommend. Deposits aren't available for withdrawal for 4 days in accordance with banking laws (fraud prevention) so don't panic if funds show not available.

Hate having to use the mobile app to access banking account. It doesn't always work, and can take several tries. Much better to access account via laptop or desktop rather than a phone app. Everyone should be able to access their bank account without forcing us to use a phone app that doesn't work right.

My experience with this app has been awful. After 3 weeks I am still unable to withdraw my money. They are aware of the issue and say they are working on it, but I can't believe it would take more than 3 weeks to solve. If Open bank wouldn't be part of Santander I would think this bank is a Ponzi scheme and my money is gone.... very bad PR for Santander in the Americas
