I don't have time to go running to a bank, and thanks entirely to this app, I'll probably never step foot inside a bank again. I love everything about it - the biometric access, a quick balance checks, transfers, mobile deposit are fast, and so very easy to access. And if I forget to log off, there's no need to worry - the buzz notification warns me my login time is expiring. All of these features make banking via the app fantastically convenient, and stress-free.

More transactions needed on credit cards. Not enough transactions. The last credit card payment wasn't noted on.y balance. Still no info on past purchases !!!!

After years of using this app for my banking it suddenly stopped working saying I had no internet when I clearly did, so I tried to uninstall/reinstall but can't reinstall because it now says no longer compatible with my phone. My phone is a Galaxy A50. Not the newest, but by no means obsolete. All my other apps work fine. Please fix this Santander!!!!! We can't deposit checks via a web browser! :-(

Never any problems getting things done or checked with my banking app. Was very convenient. Until it was no longer compatible with my phone 😒
