The Santander Bank App is very easy to use. The bank has made it easier to conduct transactions without having to step foot at a branch. For those of us that are very busy and don't really have the time to step into a branch should appreciate it. I recommend Santander and its app.

I do not believe that it accurately shows you the activity on your account when you have a pending charge it does not show you what your balance is before that charge like it does on completed transactions where it will show like if you have $100 and $10 is going to be withdrawn that's pending it doesn't show you that you have that $100 it just shows you $10 pending wearing completed it would say transaction completed and show you that you only have $90 left, so you can actually have less in you

All of a sudden today the app says not compatible with my device. I'm using Android 11! I think it's funny all the people giving reviews of the bank, not the app! This app is now as bad as it gets if customers cannot even use it because their phone is all of a sudden deemed "old". Android 11 is NOT old! **UPDATE** - 8/28/26 App still not compatible with my Android 11 phone. Pure Idiocracy!

What is the point of installing that app if I cannot deposit my biweekly paycheck due to the limit of $2500 daily deposit? Did you develop this app for use by students only? Update 08.02.2026. That app with time getting even worse. Now you cannot do anything unless bank branches are open. Today is Sunday, app show there are no internet access from this device. How on Earth do you think I am writing this update without internet access on this device?

Santander updated their mobile banking app leaving me-- and I'm sure others-- with an "incompatible device" No time frame on a fix
