Stay Secure
• Put your misplaced debit or credit card on hold with Santander® Instant Card Hold. (Santander® Instant Card Hold will block most types of transactions, including purchases made with your card. Please note that some types of transactions will continue to process, including recurring debit/credit transactions presented to us by certain merchants for monthly membership or subscription fees.) • Retrieve your User ID and change or reset your Password securely from your mobile device using password reset. • Verify your identity on certain transactions using One-Time Passcode (OTP) security. • Log in using your fingerprint. It's a little challenging for me see I'm slightly retardation and Ridley high school 7th grade dropout, but I'm getting used to it as they say practice makes perfect I'm going to need a lot of it a lot of practice, love Norman Le Boon The Elywn institute great retard (I still need more practice) as of today July 3, 2025, still hard for me to understand, as of now May 27 2026, it's still very difficult too comprehend

Worst check deposit management ever. Do not deposit check with the app or whatever, they give you 8 days for the money to be available.

It's irritating to use the app. So I just use the web version on my phone. I just opened an account with this bank for a car loan. I can log into the web version just fine on my phone. But when I go to log in to the app, I type in my user credentials, and it says my account doesn't exist when I JUST logged in 10 seconds prior with the same information on the web version. I even reset the password, logged in on the web version then immediately tried to log in on the app. It says the same message.

For some reason the app doesn't download the update into my phone which means I can't use the app to check my balance etc
