Easy to use. Annoying pop-up message before logging in, if I log in 100 times a day why do I have to see the message that many times like for 3-4 days straight? Can't you just show this message like twice a day? Messages like "do not share your credentials" or" upcoming maintenance"... Can we have dark mode option please? thanks, Is, anyone else getting notifications for both incoming and outgoing balance transactions? My app doesn't notify, is there a hidden option to turn these on?

Love the app generally. It would be a big bonus if on the payment to others summary it allowed you to share the confirmation with the recipient. Ie by text or email or WhatsApp etc. I have this on other banking apps and it is really helpful. Thank you always good to get feedback thank you. I noticed that you thought this was great idea too, this was back on October 25, and there have been some updates to app but not this yet. Is this likely to be added and if so when could we expect it please.

So here's the thing went on my laptop too check balance go told to open the banking app on my mobile then return to my laptop, so what if I didn't have a mobile, and I wanted to do a cash transfer or pay my rent ? I can't because of the silly security and when I do pay my rent I have to click on 4 different things before I can pay it, sorry but Santander are not the best bank and neither is their app

An otherwise decent app. BUT trying to pay in a check is infuriating. For no apparent reason, even with good lighting and a dark background it can take 30, 40, 50 attempts for the app to successfully photograph the check. Why???????? Please fix this, because it spoils what otherwise is a decent app for day to day banking. Edit in response to Santander response: The problem is with the app not scanning the check, not with me not following instructions or looking for support elsewhere first.

Not good as a bank, whenever I make a payment my account gets locked, and I have to phone a random Santander phone operator to explain what I was buying and why, they then decide if I'm allowed to spend my money. Welcome to the future. You will own nothing and be happy. Update: Thanks for getting back to me. My point stands.
