Excellent but could be better.... I find the app really intuitive to use. The only thing I would change would be to add notifications for high/low balance alerts or large payments alerts. I used to get text messages and really miss them. I have another banking app that sends app notifications for these things instead, so perhaps this could be considered?

Updated Review : The App works well on my Pixel 7 but crashes on my Pixel 10. Santander App Team : you may want to look into this. In the pixel 7 works and does everything I need it to do.

Nice to keep in touch at all times. Since my last report I have not been able to get into the Santander mobile app in any way on my smartphone. All I get is app pending. This has been happening for the last week. I have contacted Santander, and we went through everything and all was confirmed as being fine. They advised me to contact Google directly as something is rong at their end? Can anyone advise me of what to do accordingly!

The app crashes as soon as I open it, I now can no longer can access my online banking because of this, I have uninstalled the app and tried to reinstall it, but it is still crashing please fix this.

The update does not go ahead and this doesn't allow me to open the account. And again in 2026 unable to open the app unless I do this update that never works. Just wasting my time

Santander as a bank is good, this app is not! Everything is harder than it needs to be. I've tried to verify my identity with my ID, and it says either something went wrong or it closes itself down. I've tried it multiple times over a couple of days, I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but it's the same. In general, it is a very poor app, it's slow, shuts itself down. I've had the app for different banks and never experienced the difficulties I do with this one. It's frustrating.
