Very good app and never have any trouble logging in. Banking Information always available and up to date. Transferring and sending money is easy, and I'm always encouraged how helpful your banking process is and the way you assist people to make them aware of scams. Plus the site gives you time to think before transferring money over. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a current account and saving advice to join Santander.

Edit: Still think the locking account issue with getting passwords wrong is joke and the app isn't very good, but I've given 4 star just for Joan. The app isn't very good, but her customer support was superb. Joan on the call did what the first person I spoke on the phone should have done. She was one of the most helpful people I've spoken to and helped fix my problem and went above and beyond first time. Thanks, Joan!

When transferring money from my payees ask me for otp although they not new people and when I try to retrieve the otp they leave page I'm on and have to start again

The "my little pony" of banking apps. Basic balances, existing accounts transfers and BACs payments. Anything else it's Santander.co.uk. Change account? Not from the app. New account? Not from the app. Manage list of payees to prevent accidentally paying a closed account? Not from the app. Intelligent tailored advice to help rearrange savings to maximize interest? Don't be silly! It's dumb - you have to do the digging on santander.co.uk 90% of the time. As proactive as Santander themselves.

Absolutely rubbish I can withdraw £.1500 per day, yet I cannot pay £300 on the app it's so annoying and embarrassing I'm thinking of changing banks I've been in the branch, and they said everything is OK, but it's not, and I've just been fobbed off
