★★☆☆☆ An old saying springs to mind, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" This "new" version is inferior in most ways. It has done away with the quick balance widget making my user experience worse. *edit. Oct '24. The app crashes regularly, it takes longer to make a payment to accounts I have saved, looks awful, and we still haven't got the quick balance widget back yet! *end. It seems the money spent on redesigning the app is to justify the money they've saved by closing branches and laying off staff.

★★☆☆☆ Annoying bank. I'm changing over to Monzo and I advise the rest the same. This bank is useless and updates it apps for zero reason. Keeps changing things, and it is an absolute inconvenience and hindrance.
