App is easy to use, but why does it have to be so difficult to reset my password? You guys could at least give us a chance to retry the biometric instead of making us go through this hassle.

Interior Federal Credit Union has really improved their mobile app. It's one of the easiest to use, and I honestly have not had any problems the last several years. If I ever have any problems or questions I call them up, a real person answers the phone, and my problem has been resolved by the end of the call

It is difficult to deposit a check (I always get an error message saying that I have to make sure I can read the date or my signature is invalid... blah blah blah).

The only thing I use this app for is mobile deposits of checks, and it's no better than a 50 percent chance that it'll work. FIX YOUR APP!!!

Depositing checks is a nightmare using this app. Also need to allow for linking of different IFCU accounts. Have to write and mobile deposit from one account to another. Ridiculously inconvenient and time-consuming.

System has actually failed to let me deposit a check. Then I get called and harrased about being late on a payment. I do not have a bank location anywhere near me. Absolute trash, also won't allow me to link other accounts, so I can easily pay off my loan. I mean its government run so not sure what I was expecting.
