6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

The app's mobile deposit feature is unreliable. Continues to give an error even when all instructions for the image capture are followed. Very frustrating!!!

10/4/23 Your APP has a bug, and the following message appears: Something went wrong with CBT. CBT closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.

This app has not allowed me to deposit a check for years. It's beyond frustrating. I've called the company, and they blame it on my phone OR my ability to put the check in the appropriate location for a picture as well as whether the check is folded on corners. I use 3 other banks with ZERO check deposit issues. ZERO. I would appreciate SOME level of accountability on CBT's part. I have a top of the line samsung, and I know how to deposit a check. Every other bank can make it work, why can't you?
