I would never bank anywhere else. I have never had any problems with my accounts. My account balances are always up-to-date, and I've never been given any outrageous overdraft fees like other banks do. They don't rip you off with belle scams, like other banks do. I get great customer service at both the Camp Verde branch and the Cottonwood branch. Thank you very much to all who work there.

I hate it when banks update their app, and it kicks you off and tells you that it is incompatible with your device. It's my bank account. And now I'm blocked.

Saying "Update Required" on my account and I don't understand what that means. There's no update in the play store. I need my balance updated!!!! Help!

This app is quite annoying. Has a hard time signing in. Wants to constantly email you to log in even with thumbprint. Doesn't update during the weekend like every other bank I've had so can screw you up if you're not paying attention to your money. All the way around a bad app and the bank isn't much better so at least they match.
