5 User Management and certain administrative capabilities are restricted to Customer System Administrators (CSAs) on the business profile. Other conditions may apply, such as if the business has enrolled in Dual Authorization for certain transactions. Refer to the Digital Banking Service Agreement for more information.
6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

I have been trying for weeks to download the app. Every time I do, I get a notice that tells me to try again later. I have talked to the support team, and they can't seem to fix it. Now, what do I do.

It seems to work fine if you can ever get in. After entering the username and password, the spinning wait symbol just keeps spinning without end. I can't access my bank account!

Constant crashes and not working. Now it is saying I need an update, but it won't. Can't figure out house... A further update: Zions Bank crashed again today while I was trying to do my taxes. The only day I can do it! So sick of this, unacceptable! I'm banking somewhere else!
