I really like this app and bank and would give it 5 stars, but I would really like to know what's going on with my account. I just recently opened up my checking account and was excited to get use to all the features and benefits. I set up my external accounts, added a payee and checked out the bill pay function along with the Belle function. Then a week ago while waiting for my debit card to come in I switched my direct deposit to my new Laurel Road account, but now I can't access my account

I had a negative balance because my transfer and deposited check was minus instead of added. When I called about it, they fixed the error, but then would not acknowledge their mistake. Then I find out that my transfer from another bank will take over 5 days to show up in my account. And my check deposit from work will take over a week to clear. What year is it because I have not had to wait over a week for a check to clear since the early 2000s?

They told me the account verification process of my other personal account would take 4 business days. Ok, fine almost a week, fine. No one said anything about an additional 4 days hold when I transfer funds from my personal account. Then, when I deposited my 1st check I get the surprise notification at the end of that process, notifying me that my check would be on hold for 14 days!!!
