The app never even loads 70% of the time. I literally can't even use the browser version of it on my phone. Unbelievable it's been like this for 4 days even after reinstalling it.

It worked with the regular app, but the business app does not work. I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when it let me in, but then when I had to go back to it it just continued (as it has done for the last couple of months) doing a loading symbol and never got past it. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do in a situation where I'm not at home, and it's important that I have access to my money and transfers after business hours.
