Zelle and other transfer button functionality a bit slow but otherwise so removed one star for this issue. The new integrations, and interface much better than it was in the past, so I appreciate the app improvements.

App is almost useless now. I have the latest phone Samsung S25 Ultra and this app takes over a minute to log in, half the time it doesn't log in at all. Then if you click anything in the app it takes another 30 seconds to load. It's like Dial Up AOL slow. Pathetic for a big credit union.

This app used to work efficiently with the login process. Unfortunately after the maintenance that provident and the app did, the app just isn't the same anymore. The login process takes so long and sometimes doesn't even work. I have to rely on the web browser to log in and even that process takes so long that my phone falls asleep before the login happens and then provident says there's no Internet because my phone fell asleep and the process starts over again.

Mobile deposit barely ever works, and I'm plagued by app/hardware compatibility issues. Overall I really like Provident credit Union, but the app is garbage. EDIT: I did call the number, they told me that since there are two people on the account, I cannot deposit checks. Super unsatisfactory.
