I've never had a bad experience with towne bank or the town bank app. The people are always friendly and that app works better than other bank apps I've tried

Never have any issues with the app. User-friendly. Great bank. Helpful staff. I wish you could branch out and get a location near around Rocky Mount NC. Unfortunately I'll have to switch banks because the nearest one is in Raleigh. :(

Why do app builders make apps that are nearly entirely focused for the elderly and idiotic to use? I don't need my hand held through every step of loading a check, with popups showing me where my signature goes in an AR setting. Simplify the process, or I'll find a new bank.
