Never have any issues with the app. User-friendly. Great bank. Helpful staff. I wish you could branch out and get a location near around Rocky Mount NC. Unfortunately I'll have to switch banks because the nearest one is in Raleigh. :(

I am very upset with this bank. They made the decision to deny me another debit card. They never listened when I tried to tell them that somehow I was being scammed by someone who had my information. I did not do anything to open my acct to scammers.

Why do app builders make apps that are nearly entirely focused for the elderly and idiotic to use? I don't need my hand held through every step of loading a check, with popups showing me where my signature goes in an AR setting. Simplify the process, or I'll find a new bank.
