Centra Mobile is very user-friendly, easy to navigate. I really like the updated version that allows a quick view of accounts summary by just clicking on the app icon only having to log in to view account details. Centra Credit Union provides wonderful customer service online and in person. Thank you CCU

Unlogs you randomly out of your account and won't let you back on im unable to access my account anymore

My paycheck says pending, they won't release it. Yet they had no problem causing me an overdraft fee because they wouldn't release a paycheck I worked for. Not their money mine. If I could give Centra no stars, I would. What a horrible way to treat anyone who had done business with them for 4 years as I have. Pure greed, all it is.

App is not reporting account balances/transactions correctly. Stick with using their website instead of the app. They keep dinking around with it, rather than actually fixing it. What works one day will STOP working the next.
