Centra Mobile is very user-friendly, easy to navigate. I really like the updated version that allows a quick view of accounts summary by just clicking on the app icon only having to log in to view account details. Centra Credit Union provides wonderful customer service online and in person. Thank you CCU

Edited 11/18/24: The app not updating at all over the weekend is incredibly infuriating. The entire purpose of mobile banking is *being able to keep track of how much you have*, and having several things just not process or even show in your pending amount at all for several days makes that completely impossible. It used to be good about that, but ever since the design changed the functionality has been extremely subpar. Do better.

App is not reporting account balances/transactions correctly. Stick with using their website instead of the app. They keep dinking around with it, rather than actually fixing it. What works one day will STOP working the next.
