I like the online banking but as personal banking I was very disappointed with the person that opened my accounts, she actually tricked me into applying for a credit card and of course I got denied, so I ended up closing my cd accounts and in the process of closing my last account in the next couple of months, this is just my experience and not claiming that it's a bad bank

It never tells me when money's being taken out. Never get alert if anyone ever breaks into my account. Every. Time I try to use an option. I have to refresh the screen twice for it to work. Honestly care less about your Raise slash bonus slash paycheck. Care more about people
