Works great but can be difficult to get everything up a running smoothly

Device gt100v, brand new. Trying to activate it doesn't have the version gt100v...it has gt100 and gt100s, but no v. there's no way to activate anything on the android phone side, so I used a PC....while different experiences without any support. Able to activate the device which works for exactly one movement or once on the first day then nothing changes ever. Tried three devices for 5 days and none work after day 2. On the support page, the first thing I saw was there isn't any support.

Keeps tracking the device to italy for no reason. Very complicated set up.
