My first appointment the therapist never called. I called the customer support line, and they tried to tell me that the therapist emailed me, but I checked all of my email files and there was nothing. I rescheduled with another therapist, and she was pretty good, but it was difficult to hear her clearly. I asked for the case notes to share with my physician and was told to call in a few days. I have tried calling multiple times and left voicemails. I have emailed as well but gotten zero response.

I can't even log in or make an account. Every time I try it either asks for credit card info, thinks I'm a therapist looking for a job, or asks for some "Access code" I can't find. I've tried looking up what I'm supposed to do, I've tried contacting support, nothing is working! I miss Manvell. I don't understand why it was taken away. I don't wish things like this often but to whoever is responsible for Manvell being replaced, I hope your life becomes just as much of a struggle as mine is.
