Great app to help you find a good therapist/counselor. It's simple and easy to use. I felt like scheduling my appointments and using the app for video calls was pretty flawless compared to anything else I've used.

I had 1 appointment with a therapist and that went fine. But I have been jerked around ever since with cancelled appointments and them just straight up not showing for my appointments. I have now deleted the app and unsubscribed from emails. Not please with this service at all.

They tell me they have Therapists who specialize in ASD, give me a list of them.I research them to find out they don't even work with ASD. Their app is incredibly buggy for video appointments the provider would say lets just use Zoom instead. I also noticed they bill a $130 MORE a session than my previous in person therapists! They would never find me an in-person provider. I understand why now. In person separates their ability to control all aspects of your therapy.

The providers that they connect you with are unprofessional, unqualified and hurt my health progress to the point I had to cancel all appointments. I would definitely NOT recommend Spring Health if you have any major health challenges. I was denied a claim because they did not get my paperwork done in time. They had over a month to complete a 4-page form for my employer.
