The providers that they connect you with are unprofessional, unqualified and hurt my health progress to the point I had to cancel all appointments. I would definitely NOT recommend Spring Health if you have any major health challenges. I was denied a claim because they did not get my paperwork done in time. They had over a month to complete a 4-page form for my employer.

Customer service involves talking back and forth with an AI for a few days, and when they respond they aren't anywhere near as understanding as BetterHelp or similar services. The in-app messaging between clients and their therapists is also rather bad. If they could make that on par with BetterHelp it might be worth using, but for now my mental health at least is actually better off not dealing with this. So, 1 star because I would rather not use it even when it's free.

I had 1 appointment with a therapist and that went fine. But I have been jerked around ever since with cancelled appointments and them just straight up not showing for my appointments. I have now deleted the app and unsubscribed from emails. Not please with this service at all.
