Maine jis expert se session liya vo solution pe focus nahi karta tha ye mujhe boot baad me pata chalk jab maine session ko book kar liya tab isse mai boot disappointed hu aap log bhi Dayan rakhna aur haa aap pehle pata laga bhi nahi sakte ye baat .ek aur baat jis clinical psychologist se maine session liya nuke baare me app par likha tha ki unki superpower hai addiction Lenin iske related kuch nahi bataya jabki psychologist)ne bola ki mujhe phon addiction hai iske bawjud don't use this app

This was the first time ever I took therapy. So decided to book a therapist in my mother tongue marathi but to my surprise the therapist did not know how to speak, yet she put it in her info I felt cheated and the session itself started on a not so positive note, and thereby I was not able to be that comfortable to share things in detail. After all this was first time and an unknown person also. I request mind peers to ensure whatever therapist write in bio is true to create a good experience.

Worst session ever. My therapist, Kudrat, didn’t even complete the allotted time for which she was paid, and even left midway during the session. It was a total waste of money. This platform clearly lacks quality checks. Better to look for another app if you value your time and money.

Pathetic customer support, and not allowing to reschedule the session even when the therapist agrees, just because less than 24 hours are remaining for the session, is ridiculous.
