I love that I found this app. My therapy sessions, specifically with Donna, have been so insightful and such a wonderful experience. The app makes it so easy to stay in communication with her through messaging. When it's time for our sessions it is easy to join and see her/hear her. I also appreciate the consistent reminders it has for the appointment. It's easy to set up recurring payments if needed and the insurance links super simple with it. This app makes therapy really easy. :)

I like my therapist and enjoy the convenience of virtual sessions. I do wish they would have a one-time per year mulligan for being unable to cancel with 24 hours notice, though 😕

I had a great therapist for an over a year, and then I switched insurance. They closed my room and I could not get my therapist back. I submitted a ticket, and they told me my therapist was no longer a provider with them. Except she told me that she was still on the platform. After the 2nd time I submitted a help ticket, they closed my Talk space account. I thought this was a way to get help. I guess not.

Absolutely the biggest scam around. You can't convince me these "therapists" are real, licenses mean nothing when they can't provide useful service. First offered zero advise and second provider admitted she was unqualified to do couples therapy and canceled after taking my money for two sessions and provided nothing useful. I highly suggest finding a real provider, not th BS app.

Very bad app!! I put in my insurance information, but the app couldn't give me a straight answer on how much it would cost with my insurance, until AFTER, I had my appointment. They said insurance usually covers most of the appointment, and it advertised that I probably would pay between $0 and $30. AFTER the appointment I get a bill for $45!! Why couldn't you tell me that BEFORE I made my appointment?! I am very disappointed!! I won't be using the app again or recommending it to anyone!!
