I love that I found this app. My therapy sessions, specifically with Donna, have been so insightful and such a wonderful experience. The app makes it so easy to stay in communication with her through messaging. When it's time for our sessions it is easy to join and see her/hear her. I also appreciate the consistent reminders it has for the appointment. It's easy to set up recurring payments if needed and the insurance links super simple with it. This app makes therapy really easy. :)

I wasn't able to get the medications that I normally take are needed. However, my psychiatrist was amazing and informative and helped walk me through maybe some type of new medication that might work since talk space won't allow them to order the medications that I currently take, so I was very pleased with my experience. And I'm excited to talk with my psychiatrist again soon.

I like my therapist and enjoy the convenience of virtual sessions. I do wish they would have a one-time per year mulligan for being unable to cancel with 24 hours notice, though 😕

My therapist completely dismissed me! My session wasn't even over, and she freaking just ended it?!? After taking 2-3 minutes PER RESPONSE with responses so lazy I could've got them from a homeschooler she ended the session early?! Are you kidding me? I've been trying to find a proper therapist for weeks!! Atp I want a therapist that looks like me! And I can't even have that because they just cycle through regurgitated therapists that couldn't care less.

I had a provider ghost me. Needed a refill for my SSRIs. Talk space resolution was to get a new provider and pay for another session. Once I did I had two appointments with the new provider which were both billed incorrectly which caused me to pay more (auto-pay which you can't opt out of). Still waiting on a resolution to that. I have since started working with a private practice which costs the same with my insurance who bills properly and offers virtual appointments.

I am so happy to get to review this! THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE. Almost every session or appointment was billed incorrectly, and then they say once it's billed it can never be fixed. They have no business doing any business for mental health. They caused me so much anxiety. MY DR IS GREAT. Has nothing to do with the providers. It's BACKSPACE AND THEY REALLY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. They are uncaring, rude thieves. If you're thinking about dealing with them, DON'T. You will 100% regret it.

Booked four therapy sessions for $200 Therapist canceled 4 times in a row no credit to my account and then wanted to bill me 400 dollars for next month. Reporting to better business beruo. Email with no response after 24hrs.
