The best thing I have done for myself yet. I thought I would never be able to get help/advice from a therapist/psychiatrist due to the high expense, but this changes the game that I you for considering those who need alternative ways to seek for help and guidance.

Although it's brought to my eyes every question asked I believe that it's doing a 100% fantastic job. There Comes A Time in your life where you just have to ask for help. Maybe it's not help that you have to ask for but the memories that need to be focused on that made you be the person that you are today. I believe that lasting starts off it gets right to the point of where it is that you're hurt and where it is that they need to focus on to make you be the person that you are and want to be.

I just downloaded this app last night, and its already helping me understand things I didn't know about. I'll recommend this app to anyone I see that can't afford to go to an actual Psychiatrist or Therapist, because people deserve to have at least somewhat of some decent mental health. A good state of mental health begins with a lot of self-help, and a psych/therapist would tell you the same thing. They are only there to give you friendly advice for what you could do yourself

So it says "in-app purchases" but the app actually asks to add a credit card for a 7-day free trial upon registration. I do not wish to enter my credit card to the app which means that I can't access my account because of the paywall, and I am also not able to delete my account. This is a giant UX fail. I should be able to erase my data without having to add a credit card. Not even an option to contact the developers can be found!

Honestly the subscription is not worth it. The "sessions" they offer you, you can find probably find in any self-help book. Very text heavy app, seems more like forced daily journal entries which is good, but not recommended for the average person like myself, which I find to be just skipping through the entire tutorial. I give a 2 stars rating simply because they are open and honest about their 7 day free trial which I recommend for, this type of "therapy" is not suitable for everyone.

The app is nice. Has lots of inspirational stuff in there. It doesn't feel like I am talking to a robot most of the time. But right when I finished my first session and tried to start my second session, it said I had to pay just to do more sessions. I tried to continue, but it won't let me. I thought this was supposed to be therapy, not pay, so you can be sane again. Not recommended unless you want to pay to subscribe for a 7-day free trial just to continue.
