My favorite thing about canopie is how simple and unobtrusive it is! The lessons are quick but so helpful and calming, and unlike other mental health apps I've tried, the notifications are never annoying. As a new parent, having gentle support is so helpful.

Misleading! Spent 10 minutes signing up and completing the questionnaire, and then it wanted to charge me because I don't have an access code. That should have been presented from the get go!
