Performance Issue: Infinite Loading in Cards Section The Cards section is experiencing severe performance degradation, freezing and entering an infinite loading state. While this lag existed in previous versions, it has now escalated to an infinite loop, severely impacting the user experience. Given current automated and AI-driven testing capabilities, this type of critical issue should be easily identifiable and patchable. Please prioritize a fix for this.

The app still lacks maturity after many years of development, there are issues after each update, specifically I lost access to my payment groups and cannot see any messages in mailbox while it shows there are new messages, calendar range is totally useless, the virtual chat shows only white screen... I suggest adding a problem reporting feature to get feedback from the users, because obviously there is a lack of QA. This quality is unacceptable for a reputable bank.

Worst bank app. One month already trying to register and it is IMPOSSIBLE. Always saying error try later... But later never comes !!!

I am very satisfied with the bank's services, but the app is unusable on my samsung s24. It constantly crashes and/or throws errors at me, I can't even see info about my accounts because it just won't open. The app itself is very awkwardly built, especially compared to its competitors. Mobile banking is a very important part of my day-to-day life, and this app makes me want to change my bank 🫠
