This is a very bad bank in Pakistan. Every day their issues are resolved and no issue is resolved. Please do not open an account in this bank, otherwise you will regret it. Your people's issues won't even be resolved. Every day their issues are resolved, sometimes their accounts are blocked, sometimes they don't know any way, they just sit in the palm trees and kiss each other at home.

It's a 3rd class App with 3rd class management, I have paid electricity bill before due date but after due date amount refunded. I initiated complain to pay the surcharge amount but bank denied. What kind of services UBANK is offering. Very poor management.

ا It's a very bad app. Every time I get an error message saying "Turn on location" even though the location permission is turned on, it's a very bad app.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
