App has not been working since 1st August and today is the same message currently service is unavailable. Why this is so we transfer money almost on first two or three days of the month but every time the issue is same what is the benefit of the app if it doesn't work on the first three days of the month

I would like to file a complaint regarding the NBP Mobile App. I am unable to log in to my account because the app is not working properly. Additionally, money is being deducted from my account without any details, description. I request you to investigate this issue, stop any unauthorized deductions, and resolve the login. Now I received my salary, but it's not working. Same problem is here.
