"I would like to suggest adding a monthly personal loan feature in the NBP app, with a minimum limit of PKR 50,000. Many users currently resort to unauthorized or unregistered loan apps that charge exorbitant interest rates and misuse personal data. Introducing an official, secure option through NBP would protect customers and provide a trustworthy alternative."

I have been using the National Bank of Pakistan app for the past three years, but unfortunately, I have faced many issues with it. Most of the time, my payments are not successful, or some other error occurs. I hope the bank improves the app and resolves these issues as soon as possible.

Card management section of app does not make any sense. What is the purpose of selecting an account from list after selecting a card. After selecting a card no information appears which account it is linked to.

I'm not giving this app a rating bcz I forgot my username, and I can't remember my username as well so when I log in my username into the app doesn't recognize me or can't remember my password or something or on more thing that I can't be able to log in again in toy account for transaction bcz it don't have any options to forget the username or something it's not a good app anymore, and I also lost my salary bcz of this account 43k of my salary will be withdrawal without my access.
