The app has improved a lot since I Iast reviewed it. It's not as slow or laggy and has new useful features. Best part is that they removed the transfer fee and limit. Hopefully they add more utility billers of small provinces and towns. Another feature that would be nice to have is to show the current balance of the account after each transaction in the transaction history. I keep forgetting how much money I had, and it makes tracking my money harder. Thanks a lot for your service and hard work!

Approximately 90% easy to use or navigate app.10% room for improvement. You should include bills payment online enrollment. The current app does not allow such and clients are advised to visit their banks. The app also malfunctions sometimes but very isolated, and I think, issues were immediately addressed.

Actually, this is zero stars. I was forced to give it one star. What irritates me is that no matter what I open in my SANDBANK account, it always says “Wrong password,” even though my password is correct. I want to change my password, so I can change my correct password—even though it is already correct! Then I get an error. WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT, SANDBANK?!
