Very happy so far. Opened U bank savings account for brilliant interest rate without the inflexibility of a term deposit. Like the security of being owned by NAB when depositing in excess of the Government guarantee $250K. Easy, secure account to set up online, easy app to use. Have transferred most of my money to this account.

I am an ubank customer, and I’m being bullied. Ubank locked my account for no reason, I sent money from my personal savings account from another bank to my Ubank spend account and my account got locked till now. This money was to sort out an emergency. I need my money for personal and family use but you guys are just so heartless, evil, inconsiderate and selfish. What exactly is the reason for locking my account ? What sort of bullying is this?

Do not bank with ubank they will close your bank and send you a hundred dollars and the other hundreds to themselves most greedy bank ever and all they think about is profits

Ubank moving to add more and more requirements to earn the bonus interest is a massive mistake!! It is forcing me to consider moving to another bank that does not make their experience worse over time.
