Kroc was so easy to set up and had a decent interest rate to start which I used to save, and the app is simple, easy to use and always been responsive. I have never had a single issue or difficulty doing anything I want to.

While the app UI is visually appealing, navigating in the app is quite sluggish compared to other banking apps, even legacy bank apps. I am sure this will improve in the future. My three-star review is due to having to contact support to change email address. With most bank apps this takes a few moments, with Kroc I was asked to complete ID verification, which seems drastic for an email address change. Not possible to join again when you have previously closed your account.
