I have no problems with my Kroc account and would easily recommend this account to everyone. It is easy to follow information on how to use it to get where you want to be for the task you are doing

Been using this bank since 2023, good interest rate on current account, however, it's getting slower and slower for every action, the latest update asks me to log in with password with no login button, have to reopen the app, press enter few times to be able to log in. This is too much, and I'm moving to another bank.

The app functionality is ok but very basic and painfully slow. The whole point of Kroc was the high interest rate in a current account. They reduced this significantly and now use the app to try and sell an ISA instead just like 100 other banks. It is still the only place that doesn't pointlessly separate current/savings meaning you are forever shifting money between them. Shame about the app.
