Glad they use the Nimbus Platform, wish more banks used it instead of the Banno Platform. I don't really use Zynlo that much, but when I do have a transaction, the notification is near real time which is how it should be. The apps of other banks sometimes take days to get a notification (usually using the Banno Platform)

Customer service was very helpful with aiding me in setting up a new account after I initially entered the wrong SSN. Card benefits are great too, I love the round-up feature. And now that they've switched to a new bank linking method (Plaid), I can connect all my other accounts too. If you plan on keeping enough money in the account to keep the matched round-ups going past the trial period, this is a great choice for a daily spending account.

Want to add my experience since the ratings are unreasonably low imho. I really like Zynlo. App usability can be subjective, but I don't find it difficult to navigate. Zynlo has really competitive offerings. A 2% APY on checking and around 4.4% APY on savings is pretty solid with no minimums. Improvements Needed: Lower the checking account minimum for the 100% match (it's unrealistic for a checking account). Make the Main Savings account separately visible from the savings goals in app. Thanks!

This bank account isn't worth having, so please don't open up this account it won't let you keep the money in your account, and they will close your account!!!!! This is BS!!!

By far one of the worst mobile bank apps I've ever used. The application itself is absolutely terrible, extremely slow, freezes up and lags constantly while your using it. Also did an instant transfer, and it took 3 days just go through!

Zynlo had worse experience I've ever had with Mobile banking they want Andrew the phone or return messages. They put holds on your money for as long as they can. Don't ever use this bank.
