Okay, where to begin. You will start having all kinds of problems on the website and the app. I called customer service 5x, no help whatsoever. A lot of overtaking and treating you like you're inferior. What I had to do to make my card work, on the screen that you enter your card number, click "enter information manually." then you can get your card to work. Also, they charge $5 a month, taken as soon as you activate it. It did not say that on the package. Tere are better prepaid cards.

I am trying to get my financial aid from Bank Mobile, Speedwell sent it back starting something doesn't match. I call BS. I have not changed anything on either account. I just received a deposit from Bank mobile in April no problems at all. So Bank Mobile Has issued till it again a Speedwell says they don't have it. They keep telling me to call Bank mobile. It is no longer with Bank mobile it is now with speedwell. I just lost my home because of Spend wells mistake. I am sure they are all happy.
