Can't connect? Read this! If you are in here for tattoo maker read this! Technically I can't rate this app see below. This app is for sticker maker and will not work for tattoo maker. I spent a bunch of time trying to connect to my tattoo printer with the blue icon app... If you are trying to use your tattoo maker you need the RED icon hello blink app. I had to type in tatoo maker to find it. Hope this helps!

IF YOU HAVE THE TATTOO MACHINE***! You HAVE to download the other "Hello Blink" app! It's RED.not blue. I struggled with this for like 30+ min until I saw a review on Amazon stating this... I thought this was a lost cause and that this was a bogus broke machine or the app just wasn't working. You have to download the red Hello Blink app for the tattoo machine. This blue one is for the stickers. If you are having trouble with the sticker machine, sorry I have no help. 🫣 look at Amazon reviews.

Love it! Super easy to connect. Little tip, don't try to pair through your Bluetooth list. Install the app and do a test print. The app will ask for permission to connect. Much easier.

Cannot connect to the printer. The Bluetooth does not work, and so I can't use the printer that I paid for...

My daughter was gifted one of these printers for Christmas and the app associated with the printer is just not working correctly. We tried it with her tablet first and found that the app is skewed incorrectly and prints tiny images or cuts off the designs. After reading the reviews and seeing other people had similar issues, we tried the printer from my phone. While the app displayed correctly from the phone version of the app, the images still do not print correctly and are cut off.
