Customer service was very helpful making sure I regained access to my account and cleared the check that had been declined, so I could resubmit it. After logging back in and resubmitting the images of the check it was finally approved. Thank you ingo for all your help and for being such a fast and convenient way for people to cash checks.

Garbage company. Venmo and PayPal use them for check cashing, and apparently if you only use their service every once in a while, like once 3 years ago, they say that your account has suspicious activity, and they have to close it. Customer Service couldn't even explain why my account was closed because "Unfortunately, we cannot go into greater detail concerning the account closure as that would involve the going into the specifics of our review and security processes." Over $38.50. 0/10

I literally downloaded this app to create this review after trying to use Venmo to deposit a check. (Ingo appears to be a Venmo partner) The deposit failed, with the warning not to try again. I got online with Customer Service. Well, wait. With what appeared to be an AI bot named Ashley, who chirped happy customer service scripts at me that provided no help at all, before closing the chat. I literally wrote the check to myself, just trying to get some cash in Venmo. Yay Techofeudalism!

Tried the check cashing option for PayPal and Venmo and both cards declined the good check! . I've cashed checks before on both cards with no problems! Now this ingo money cashing has been nothing but trouble!! . I'd give 0 stars if I could!. Thanks ingo for not helping this poor girl out as I have no money currently in my account!

Absolute clown shoes of an app. Hours are wrong on their site, they do not send the email for your password reset. Avoid this app like the plague
