With the Ingo® Money App, cash paychecks, business checks, personal checks—almost any type of check—anytime, anywhere. Get your money in minutes in your bank, prepaid card and PayPal accounts. Choose to pay credit card bills or split a check and fund multiple accounts. If your check is approved, the money is as good as cash and safe to spend on purchases and payments made in-store, online and in Apple Pay. Terms and fees apply.

It’s easy to get started. Create your Ingo Money profile right in the app and then link your bank debit card, prepaid card, PayPal account and credit cards. To cash your check, take a photo of the front and back and submit it for review. If your check is approved and your account is funded or your bill is paid, the money is guaranteed. The Ingo Money App may be used by identity-verified customers to cash checks issued on U.S. financial accounts to fund: (1) most debit, prepaid and credit card accounts issued by hundreds of U.S. financial institutions including Chase®, Bank of America®, Citi®, Wells Fargo®, American Express®, U.S. Bank®, PNC Bank®, Capital One®, HSBC Bank USA, TD Bank, Discover®, Synchrony Bank, First Premier® Bank, Pathward and The Bancorp Bank; (2) PayPal™, PayPal™ for Business and PayPal™ Prepaid MasterCard® accounts; and (3) most prepaid cards, including Regions Now Card®, NetSpend®, Green Dot® Prepaid Debit, Walmart MoneyCard®, H&R Block® Emerald Card®, ACE Elite™, Kroger® 1-2-3 REWARDS® and more. Funds may also be used to pay retail credit card bills from thousands of retailers including Walmart®, Target®, Costco®, Home Depot®, Lowe’s®, BestBuy®, Gap® and Old Navy®. Garbage company. Venmo and PayPal use them for check cashing, and apparently if you only use their service every once in a while, like once 3 years ago, they say that your account has suspicious activity, and they have to close it. Customer Service couldn't even explain why my account was closed because "Unfortunately, we cannot go into greater detail concerning the account closure as that would involve the going into the specifics of our review and security processes." Over $38.50. 0/10

I literally downloaded this app to create this review after trying to use Venmo to deposit a check. (Ingo appears to be a Venmo partner) The deposit failed, with the warning not to try again. I got online with Customer Service. Well, wait. With what appeared to be an AI bot named Ashley, who chirped happy customer service scripts at me that provided no help at all, before closing the chat. I literally wrote the check to myself, just trying to get some cash in Venmo. Yay Techofeudalism!

Tried the check cashing option for PayPal and Venmo and both cards declined the good check! . I've cashed checks before on both cards with no problems! Now this ingo money cashing has been nothing but trouble!! . I'd give 0 stars if I could!. Thanks ingo for not helping this poor girl out as I have no money currently in my account!
