Had to call customer service, and she was super helpful and problem was quickly resolved. Prior to using ingo I was using PayPal and having issues once in a while, so she told me to download into instead of using it through PayPal, and it not only fixed the issue of not being able to cash my check but now it's cheaper to do so and quicker. Great customer service experience!

Tried the check cashing option for PayPal and Venmo and both cards declined the good check! . I've cashed checks before on both cards with no problems! Now this ingo money cashing has been nothing but trouble!! . I'd give 0 stars if I could!. Thanks ingo for not helping this poor girl out as I have no money currently in my account!

Was issued a federal government FEMA check ingo rejected the check and closed my account. Because they rejected my check, FEMA cancelled my check and put it on review. Ingo caused me so much trouble!!! Who rejects a government check issued by the U.S. Treasury?

BAIT AND SWITCH TRASH!! They state they charge 2% for payroll and government checks and a 5% for personal. WHEN YOU ATTEMPT to CASH YOUR PAYCHECK (A PRINTED COMPANY PAYROLL CHECK, NOT Handwritten) They charge you the 5%, treating the payroll check like a personal one. ILLEGALL!!LEGALLY THEY CAN ONLY CHARGE 2% max ON PAYROLL AND GOVERNMENT CHECKS. I fortunately caught the bait and switch before I completed the transaction. When they attempted to charge me 5%. Will be reporting to the SEC & FDIC
