Trash. Never can get ahold of customer service, the app does not work right, so I can even check my balance. There is no physical bank, so I will be pulling out my money and shutting this down soon.

It's horrid. Im so upset my college chose this bank to release funds! I've been trying to get in contact with the resolution team to get my account unlocked! It's been months, and today I've called 3 separate times, even right now im on hold it's been 40 minutes.

When employees get madd at you, they will lock your account and play games with you. When asked for the manager they transfer you around. Website does not work. Worst service ever.
