I love Bank Mobile. It is easy to bank here. It is easy to deposit money, whether it is cash or by depositing checks on your phone. If any dispute or fraud shows up on your account, they are handled promptly. I love that there are no fees monthly for checking your balance or to simply doing your banking. I like how easy it is to turn your debit card off and to earn interest on your money. I have been banking with them for many years now.

I been trying to rest my pin and every time I try I get no luck at all and then tried calling customer service, and they were no help because they won't answer 😒

Every new update brings new issues, it seems they play more games trying to not let you access your account. Since the latest update I have not been able to access my account more times than I have because there's an error with the request. You know with all their BS rules and how hard they make it to move your money around they should have enough on hand to fix their servers, but they don't

It's horrid. Im so upset my college chose this bank to release funds! I've been trying to get in contact with the resolution team to get my account unlocked! It's been months, and today I've called 3 separate times, even right now im on hold it's been 40 minutes.
