BANK mobile is awful I do not recommend this app or site for anyone they are so bad they don't answer the phone ever and when they do your on hold for 6 hours and the next day for another 8 I tried getting my money out of there it took me almost 3 months plus they had my account froze. Then I needed all these different papers to be sent in and signed to get any answers from them at all. It was just horrible

Bank Mobile is a joke. I had Bank mobile as my University disbursement for a long time. Never had an issue, and suddenly they shut down my account. Twice. I called over 20 times and verified myself every single time. They said they couldn't give updates to the money that is supposed to come to me. Then they shut down the account in general saying I have to contact my school to get my funds. If your school uses this charlatan service, I would advise having the school to just send the money to you.

It's horrid. Im so upset my college chose this bank to release funds! I've been trying to get in contact with the resolution team to get my account unlocked! It's been months, and today I've called 3 separate times, even right now im on hold it's been 40 minutes.
