I love Bank Mobile. It is easy to bank here. It is easy to deposit money, whether it is cash or by depositing checks on your phone. If any dispute or fraud shows up on your account, they are handled promptly. I love that there are no fees monthly for checking your balance or to simply doing your banking. I like how easy it is to turn your debit card off and to earn interest on your money. I have been banking with them for many years now.

I enjoy banking with Bank Mobile because it is hassle-free. I've had this account for over 15 years. In that time, I called customer service three or four times and the issues was resolved. I'm satisfied.

Virtual card keeps declining, and I have money on it. Called their customer service twice but the issue never resolved. Don't know how I'm going to get to work.

The app is trash. Other than that, I've had the bank account for over a decade since I was in college, and they promote this checking account as "have this account for life" but when I recently tried to verify my account through customer service for another company to qualify me for a loan, bank mobile customer service wouldn't go forward because I couldn't verify that I was in university anymore. Really frustrating.
