Fantastic banking app, love monzo banking. it's great for budgeting and easy to use, it would be helpful if you could have weekly spending caps on each pot and virtual card you make, it would definitely help me with spending and budget control more.

STAY AWAY FROM MONZO PLEASE!!! Funds were transferred from my other business account specifically to cover an urgent hospital bill and transportation to and from my hospital appointment. Monzo blocked access to the funds without giving me any clear explanation of when they would become available. MONZO HAS STILL NOT RELEASED MY FUNDS WITH NO EXPLANATION!! SCAMMERS OF THE SICK AND VULNERABLE

Put a fraud claim on my card and after 2 weeks of me proving I didn't commit fraud they canceled my card, and now I can't get another card anywhere and as a result cannot get my new job and so have no money I am really mad because I need this job I'm really poor now all because they decided that 70 quid being sent in 3 bits was fraud and as mentioned I have to file a claim to remove the fraud warning which takes over 10 days and as of today I've been told I can't proceed with my first day

Got monzo mainly for the monzo flex which was really helpful for travel abroad where you can flex ALL your purchases to 3 months. Since now they're changing terms to flex only on 100 and above, you're better off with another cc that has better rewards/cashback for everyday use. Most of my everyday purchases are below 100 like 60-90 so I found flex very useful for this.
