Already amazing that your parents can get you to download monzo as a qr code and just write another email what you use to sign in and then the child can keep track of their money and love how you can have pots for different savings and tells you exactly what you spent on I love it one thing that you do have to put ur pin in alot of times which is a little annoying at first, but I mean it helps your remember it, so I don't mind lol and haven't checked everything out yet but will do soon!

I give this a one for the terrible customer support. One has to fight again a wall of AI if the problem does not quite fit one does not have a chance. Example, against my consent a rental agency in Mexico took a second deposit. I flagged this up with them and with Monzo on the day it happened. Then I had to send info and was told because it was a deposit they could not do anything giving various different deadlines with various extra information requirements. They money was wasted £410!

This review is for the app only. The application has gone from a usable one to an unusable one. Whoever approved the redesign should be fired. They clearly have no experience in Cognitive load in user design. The redesign of the app main page has added to the extraneous load, with the poor design, clutter and bad choices (spam that you cannot remove). If you are going to redesign something involve someone who knows basic Cognitive load, user design as well as accessibility as a starting point.
