Have not used any of those Play Cards you randomly send me even whenever I say no I do not need them guess I miss a couple fine prints to get them guilty without knowing until you send in the mail finally something you could prove by you sending me cards I have not requested and having information I did not provide to you

I don't know why all of a sudden every time I try to log in I get messages We are experiencing technical difficulties and I can never get logged in. I uninstalled it and re logged in it worked for a couple of days, but I can't get logging in again to see my balance or to turn my card off and on. I hope this problem will be solved and fixed soon, or I'm going to have to find a different way to have my direct deposit from work to go to a different bank. August 31, 2026

This is by far the worst online bank card to get. You are unable to transfer to another card, you can only send money to others who also have this card and I am CONSTANTLY having to enter my password even with biometrics activated AND to go the extra mile I will get locked out of my account for 15 min after only a single log in attempt, I hate this card

I give 0 this Bank zero Stars when is the transfer the money out of my account to make a purchase, and they had it held up at a gas station that I did not make a purchase at 0 for 6 days when's the funds was released they canceled my card would not give me a virtual card is making me wait for another 9 to 12 days to get a new car before I can even use the funds I asked if I could close the account, and they transfer my funds into my other account they said no I have to use it until my moneyis gone
