L never received the available balance and would like to be received it soon as possible as already shown before received card that there will be already an available balance into this card account as soon as activated

This is a five-star banking experience! I recently had to dispute a transaction and the process was very simple. Customer service was NOT automated and is available 24/7. It was very easy to connect with another person who knew exactly what to do and was highly informative. Better service than with my large, branch-bank, actually. The online bill-pay service is amazing. I had no issues. You can actually pay anyone nationwide, with a name and address. They send the checks for you, promptly.

Can't get anyone to help me with dispute transaction, and they deactivated my card and want me to wait 10 for card and then another 20 for my money back

Out of my bank for no reason other than the lady being spiteful don't lose your phone number you'll be locked out of your account and people are rude and hang up on you then they promise to send you a check in the mail with a confirmation number they don't they hang up on you a million times nobody to talk to you there that has any sense at all about how to help you get your money back letting people go homeless they have over 400 different complaints about them and only 200 resolved

Even if u late by 10 min of the deadline to cover an overdraft, they will still charge you $15. Anyway, to get money
