Had this app and my card for past few years and its always been easy peezy lemon squeezy🖤 great customer service, features and very reliable in regards of using it for all of lifes little financial curveballs.

Customer support is a joke. They keep lying to me, telling me my issue is resolved, but it never is. I've had 3 different supervisors hang up on me. I'm sick of having to call them repeatedly just to access my money. Do not use wisely unless you like horrible service and talking to India.

I really don't recommend wisely. If you open an account with them, and transfer your paycheck to them immediately, the only way you'd be able to access your money is through tap to pay until you have the physical card which can take up to two weeks to arrive. Customer service's solution when I asked to transfer money to a different bank was "you can't transfer without the card. Use tap to pay at stores". Needless to say, I will be deleting my account the moment I can access MY money.
