Customer service was terrible. Called to ask if there was another way to verify login to my account other than phone number, like an email, and he informed me no. I asked what to do for a solution to log into my account, and he rudely said, "that's your choice to not use your number". Like no sir, not that it's YOUR business, but im trying to get into my account, so I can figure out the rest of my life and ur system is POORLY built. The Rep for Wisely was knowledgeable n rude. Get better people!

Honestly Wisley is the most pathetic wannabe business & piss poor customer service and overall I definitely would not give you any kind of stars lol it's the most frustrating and to be quite honest I have waited for almost dam neer 2 months and still ain't got my replacement wisley card to get my disability benefits off of it, and then you keep saying I need to send this and that, and I have more than once. I'm definitely going to call the BBB on your wannabe business, piss poor service....

If the goal was to provide a user unfriendly, glitchy app, they succeeded. Still trying to activate my card. Keeps asking for same information and then app locks up.

Somehow my first time using it my card info got stolen and unauthorized charges were made, now I have to wait a week to receive a replacement for a card ive used once. I tried to transfer my money out, but it refuses to let me because my card "isn't activated" even though it is. customer service is unhelpful and doesn't even know how theit services work. One of them tried to tell me I could still tap with a locked card. Worthless, possibly scam, just get a normal bank account.
