Easy to use and finding an in network atm for fee less transfers is not difficult and in app transfers is available alto it takes time, and it's nice having a separate card than my main banking as a way to budget

Horrible experience. Everything takes days to do including getting paid, transferring money and making payments. Administrative costs are up the whoo ha. Do not recommend, get a real bank account.

The app and whole wisely card has been the worst. Customer service is horrible. It's been several times i couldn't use my card, my card is blocked and has been for days. They keep slow walking the process. Wisely is a joke. The whole bank, app and employees. Zero stars if I could. My job makes u have this card. Because o this company wisely adp or whoever y'all are, just to be done with you, I am finding a different job. You guys are low grade and I would never deal with this company again thumbs d
