ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team.
- All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app.
- This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account, and select products outside the US (ask your employer).
Key Employee Features:

Security: • All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers • All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted • All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted • Username and password protected • Login sessions time out from inactivity • Accounts locked out with excessive login failures • Fast and easy login with Biometric Authentication • Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords

The idea of this app is great. In my experience, it doesn't always work successfully for me or my staff. Not shure how much of this is app error or human error, so it gets four stars.

Garbage. Worst app in the history of apps. Keeps not showing pay stubs. Every week is different. One week it shows stubs then the next empty screen or says "something went wrong" ya you think! The "FIX" is to reset app and clear cache which does not work!

Works one time. I log in. It prompts "Next time you open this app you'll experience the new and more secure sign in page. Use your user ID and password to sign in." It works. The next time I log in, it sends me to the web page, where I enter my information, do the 2fa, then sends me to the verification page. Where it sits. Says "Tap to return to ADP Mobile". Problem is, the "Click Here" button isn't a button. No hyperlink or anything. It's just an image. Have to reset acct to use app each time.

ADP is terrible. Always is "Temporarily Out Of Service. Try Again Later". Also have to keep entering my username and password every time I have to clock in or out, even though I select the box to "Remember This". It never does!
