Figured out ADP was sending login help requests to an old email I haven't used in over 10 years, and after my requesting they send a 1-time use PIN code to my current email or my phone number. I was finally able to open this app only to discover.it's totally useless. No option to view previous employer or any option to access my current access. Total waste of time.

UPDATE 8/15/26..... The app no longer remembers my log in info, my fingerprint, log in ID, nothing. I have to literally log in every single time. Even though I check the "remember my ID" when I log in. And a FYI the employer doesn't control how the app operates in the capacity. They don't control whether my log in the app is remembered or not

Even after enabling my biometrics to easily login, it always prompts me to type in my username and password. Enabling my biometrics login is basically useless. No contact support, and constant issue with the app. Did every TS possible, just did nothing
