I keep trying to log in changed my password and updated my username still absolutely nothing im trying to get old pay stubs quickly and the Ai assistant won't even connect me with a real person don't use this app

No one on my team can create a punch on the app, within the past week, my team has reported that when they could clock in or out that paycor would do the opposite action than what they selected for the punch. They have also told me that paycor will not save their punches
