I was having the same issues of the app not recognizing my password even afyer resetting it. So I deleted the app and logged into Paycor on the web browser. Then I redownloaded the app, and it mysteriously gave me a message to sync my Paycor accounts. It's back to normal for me again. I hope this helps anyone to have issues.

App UnUsable. Can't punch in, offline punches don't sync, it says there's an update, but nothing in the Play Store. I've cleared cache, uninstalled, tried opening in browser but nothing works

Was working fine then one day I try to log in, and it won't let me open in the app it keeps taking me to the website like what is the point of having the app if it's just going g to port you over to the website to login kind of redundant if you ask me

I keep trying to log in changed my password and updated my username still absolutely nothing im trying to get old pay stubs quickly and the Ai assistant won't even connect me with a real person don't use this app
