It freezes up too much and have to have account reset to update. Not the app but the account. Need to raise the monthly on demand limit and how many times a month you can request. If I made the money i sld be able to request it when I need it and however how much I want to request i slant be restricted to what I do with my money that I have earned.

9/9/2026 I had to download and set this up on my personal phone because my job changed companies who handled our payroll, trouble is it doesn't work, Set everything exactly how instructions said & on last page it said my personal email address isn't valid. what's that mean? It is my personal email address & has been for over 30 years, company no help, Co. I work for no help, guess I will never see my pay stub or know anything about my pay as they stopped sending my pay stubs in the mail.

I can't be worng on both ADP and paylosaty all the time trying to log in after we left ADP for the same thing we keep getting locked out how after I write down the information if my coworkers and I keep complaining and missing time it shouldn't be so complicated to clock in on an app for I know we not stupid!! This method should not be as complicated

Doesn't record punch at least once a week. I now take a screenshot of every punch. This app is messing with my pay.
