I tried to change my retirement account's but guess what .... I couldn't get any help from Walmart service the card said they couldn't help...you need to help not hurt

[UPDATE AS OF 7/25/26: Thank you to Developer for addressing issue quickly; app's working great now!] (ORIGINAL POST 3WKS AGO)The old original format/version of the app worked near flawlessly. Since the new version, there has been nothing but login issues EVERY SINGLE DAY, quite frustrating. After the initial roll-out of this newer version of the app, it was a bit confusing but once I got the hang of it, it was acceptable. The past month it's become challenging every day to get into the app.

I've been banking with them for a couple of years now. Have had multiple bad experiences with them from them not being able to dispute a charge to my card that I didn't make to just now me getting charged an overdraft fee when I brought my account back to the positive before their 24 hours could pass. I don't recommend if you want to keep your money as your money. They play with your money and won't help to get things situated. They will beat around the bush.

WARNING!green dot bank is stealing money, running a theft scam with Walmart. When you order from Walmart and an item is unavailable from the store the pending charge stays on your card 10 days,10 days you can't use your money, Walmart want to contact the bank and release the charge. So the bank holds it for 10 days as pending, $2, $4 whatever the price of the item. Then after 10 days the pending charge just disappears and $ is NOT added back to your balance. I've caught them, filing comp. With FDIC
