Basic debt card, it only charges for the ATM, it doesn't charge you every time you use it, but other than that they charge you 5.00 a month for card so unless you, you put money on it all the time it might not be the card for you!

When I did finally reach cs the woman I spoke to was completely assertively challenged. Refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Totally pissed about that communication. I tried again though shortly after, and I got a helpful rep who resolved my issue and me back on track.

Don't waste your time!!!! Their fee is ridiculous to deposit cash, and I just tried to deposit a check, and they said they are closing my account. Nothing but a headache. This card is a joke.

No autofill anymore. Won't log in most of the time with a "we're experiencing technical difficulties" error. No account amount preview anymore. Always autoclosed if you swap app focus. Transfer money into saving requires way more involvement than it should now. Pretty trash with this new FORCED app-the old one worked fine. *UPDATE: tried mobile deposit and learned you now have to sign up for some garbage called ingo, and it charges you to get paid or takes 10 days to go into your account. 0/10

I have used this account for at least 10 years and this past year I have had more problems being able to log into my account. It's constantly telling me there are technical difficulties. I'm seriously about to stop using my Walmart money card account.
