Basic debt card, it only charges for the ATM, it doesn't charge you every time you use it, but other than that they charge you 5.00 a month for card so unless you, you put money on it all the time it might not be the card for you!

[UPDATE AS OF 7/25/26: Thank you to Developer for addressing issue quickly; app's working great now!] (ORIGINAL POST 3WKS AGO)The old original format/version of the app worked near flawlessly. Since the new version, there has been nothing but login issues EVERY SINGLE DAY, quite frustrating. After the initial roll-out of this newer version of the app, it was a bit confusing but once I got the hang of it, it was acceptable. The past month it's become challenging every day to get into the app.

I tried to change my retirement account's but guess what .... I couldn't get any help from Walmart service the card said they couldn't help...you need to help not hurt

I've been banking with them for a couple of years now. Have had multiple bad experiences with them from them not being able to dispute a charge to my card that I didn't make to just now me getting charged an overdraft fee when I brought my account back to the positive before their 24 hours could pass. I don't recommend if you want to keep your money as your money. They play with your money and won't help to get things situated. They will beat around the bush.

Walmart's money card waste of plastic no protection other companies will take out ur money they don't even have to have authorization and to get my money back am I going through Walmart or the damn IRS

⚠️ WARNING!!! Newcomers do not use this app. Customer service number will hang up on you multiple times. Help chat line will not let you type after your initial question, so no help there either. I get random small charges for things I didn't purchase and no longer get refunded for them, just no response from them,$80 lost, and now they are having problems with everyone's direct deposit. Who knows if and when we'll get that back. STAY AWAY!!!
