The app could be better if on payments they also include a payoff option. I did call for the payoff amount but balance owed was a different amount. It would not let me pay more than the balance on the app even though the payoff amount was a dollar more and talked to a rep already. Other apps for other loan companies can auto calculate, and you can actually choose it on the payment menu.

I have really loved this app. I like it so much that I will be using it for more of my banking needs. Everything is so easy to do and the savings yield is great. I love the bucket function, so I can add money into designated savings spots. It helps keep everything organized.

I had such high hopes for Ally Bank as I had them for a car loan in the past, and it's been a nightmare so far. 11 days since I've signed up and deposited money into my account. Still NO debit card and no possible way to use my money. I have a paycheck sitting in my account and can't pay any bills or take money out. I set up Belle and Ally will not release the payment. I contacted Belle, and they're good on their end but Ally still hasn't released the payment. I screwed myself with this choice.

Too many bugs. Zelle has been having issues for years and nobody knows how to fix it. Too many times transfers cannot be sent. Super buggy. I keep calling, and they can't resolve my issue.
