Love this app. Love this bank. There is 1 bug that bothers me: when transferring money to multiple buckets, it used to default to taking it from the "core savings" bucket. Now it's defaulting to the bucket with the most money, but that's not where I want it coming from. This can be worked around by moving money from one bucket to another bucket individually, but I wish they'd fix this. It didn't use to be like this.

Im REALLY NOT happy with bank at ALL. They don't have way of letting you access ur funds until u get your card. If u need to xfr money they take about 4/ 5 days to do it. won't even answer yes or no questions. Just asked if acct set up on direct deposit they asked me all these questions wasn't even relevant l they could've told me where to go in app. Well see how they do direct deposit next week cant afford for them to put funds on hold wven tho they say 2 days early. PLEASE FIX THIS!!

Reduced stars from 5 to 1. The app has gone down terribly over the years. I have been banking with ALLY for over 20 years. I just reopened a checking account with Capitol One, so I can Belle without issues. I have not been able to Belle with app for over a year now. That is a huge problem and very unfortunate 😕 I shouldn't have to wait to go to a computer to use Belle. When I am out with friends I should be able to Belle them immediately!! This is unacceptable! 😡

Posted on My Credit that I had "Late Payment" which obviously impacts credit score. Not only have I been TRYING to pay with every Bank/Routing number, I've tried multiple times. I will be Disputing the Payment on My Credit and will be sending / screenshots proving how I got multiple emails from Ally "Payment Processed Successfully" yet they haven't taken anything out. Horrible Bank and Horrible System for. a Month Late, I'm STILL TRYING TO PAY and to make it worse there's a wait time to "process"
