There's just one issue that I have with BETTERMENT. They don't provide debit card transactions notifications when u use my card. I need to know all the time when my card is being used. So I have to keep my card locked until I use it. Besides that, the institution is great

Great service and easy to use! I've been happy with the returns on general, bond and technical portfolios. The returns are on the high side of their forecast. I like the nice interest rate in cash savings and customer service is quite good. Downfalls are no Belle and no customer service on the weekend, and they won't do more than $2000 on a debit transaction.

I was a former customer of this service. I closed the account YEARS AGO. So, they apparently DO NOT delete any old data, because I was just informed by my email provider of the data breach situation. In spite of what they respond on here to ppl saying they told everyone, THEY DIDN'T TELL FORMER CUSTOMERS! YOU SHOULD CLEANSE YOUR DATA "BETTERMENT". Nobody should have data that old, and surely it shouldn't be able to get hacked. BUT IT DID.
