Best banking app ever! You can lock your money in a vault and nothing can get the money out unless you unlock it probably my favorite aspect of the app is the Vault they also have a Flawless customer service window and if you would like to talk to a real person just ask the AI for the customer support number they're all very helpful I've had the app for about 10 years and never had a problem on the banks end of things card works for everything wallet PlayStation Facebook page you name it😁

TURBO VISA CARD IS ABSOLUTELY THE VERY BEST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. THE ONLY THING I HAVE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT... IT'S DIFFICULT TO SEND MONEY TO ANYONE THAT DOESN'T HAVE A GREEN DOT BANK CARD.

I've been using turbo card for a few years it was great at first but as of recent I've been having the worst experience with the app I can't log in whenever I need to access my money at times I have to delete and re-download the app so that I can log in to my account. I have not been able to access my account at all today I cannot log in and all I keep being told is check back later when I have things I need to take care of for my young child

So after using this for years. I'll be going and just getting a normal bank account. This used to be a really fantastic app and a really fantastic card to use. However since the last update you can no longer store money inside the vault, can no longer withdraw the money from the vault. Now I can't even check transactions on the app. The update they did completely ruined it, and I just can't trust it anymore

Every time I look around, I'm unable to log into my account to unstash money. They don't even acknowledge their customers if they're having technical issues. I will be removing all my funds from these people and closing my account once I'm able to access MY MONEY!!
