The app was working fine until two weeks ago when it started having login problems. They fixed some bugs, but now the app is too large for my phone screen (Samsung Galaxy a16 5g): I can't pull my account balance preview arrow, LATE EDIT: I uninstalled the app, then I reinstalled it; now I can see my preview arrow AND the entire app page and menus. Solution is to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's working fine now.

I'm glad you guys fixed the issue with the login password. However, now that I can sign in just fine once im on the home screen with my balance it freezes where I can't select any of the options at all, then after about 5 seconds the app just closes. Can you guys fix this, then I'll change my star rating to 5? Thank you.... UPDATE: I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it solved my issue. Thank you, changing to 5 stars. Thank you for responding.

It was good, but you can't even use the app and don't when it's going to work again I have bills to pay, but I'm not paying a fee when I have the app, so now I can't put money on my card without a fee that is not right. They need more options for the people who have to pay bills

Using Green dot for over 10 years. The June Update was Horrible!! Within a week they released another Update which is Current as of June 19th today. Everything is working as expected and no issues that are apparent. Green dot is good but has frustrating moments when updating their systems. I get more Cash Back annually from Green dot than I get from the IRS* seriously *. Get paid 2 days earlier than my coworkers!!

Stop! Do not use this credit card! It is pure garbage. People were accessing my account from four different devices, when I only have one. When I called customer service to report that someone was making transactions on my account history from one of these other devices, they couldn't care less. It was a nightmare. I recommend you run in the other direction from this card, buddy. People are just all over the world using your account! Green Dot?! No, not for me. Don't trust them!!!

The app is terrible and difficult to log into. I will never use this app or green dot again they take out 1.50 dollars per transaction and customer service is awful. The company, customer service and the app is disgusting.

They are a huge rip-off I buy a card they say I can't add any more money to it then they charge me $9.50 the card trash green dot is trash.
