Okay I already had a card all right, and I'll keep sending me new cards, but I can't use the bank account on the cards and you all want a picture of me I'm already in your system with my picture when I first got my card in Texas I should not have to keep going through this I should be able to go ahead and use the bank account and use my account I already have for those that already had account for over 25 years or more to be able to use the account for banking online I should not have to do anti

I'm disappointed I got a card in the mail, and I switched to using it because it said get 300 deposits get a free 100 smh qell I got over 600 now from workmans comp but ain't got nothing, false advertising is mean it's from workmans comp, but it says get a. deposit, so I should have gotten the 100 I switched for nothing such a bummer, if they end up keeping there word and giving me the 100 as promise I'll come back and update my rating to 5 stars balls in there court

It was SOOOO HARD to get the direct deposit started. After I gave them the form & they made me send my ID & proof of address AGAIN. I received a message saying it was approved, but they sent my check back to the bank, so I had to wait for them to send me a paper check! Their excuse was that my account wasn't verified, so I sent them screenshots of them saying it was I mean it was RIDICULOUS!!! They also charge like $2 ANYTIME MONEY IS USED, LOADED OR TRANSFERRED ON TOP OF THE MONTHLY FEES!
Net spend online bank is another one I hate. I tried to put in the 16-digit account number on the card, and then they had the nerve to say it could not be identified, so I just threw the card in the trash
