UPDATE: I previously Gave 1 star; "Can't get in to it! A code is sent to the email, but it never comes. And there is no option for a code sent to phone. So I can't even use it!" BUT WOW! Net spend reps, James & Don, followed up with this complaint on here. They actually got the app fixed for the issue! The code now goes to the email, so I can get into the app. (I still wish you'd get the app to send a code in a text form though...easier) But very grateful and impressed.

They say your. Money your way no it's there money there way like the lady at the bottom of the page said your limit is low, so they can charge you more fees 5 dollars first of month 3 dollars every time u get money out that adds up over a monthly period and don't get me started on the over draft

The app works fine. I'm not going to use the service anymore due to the inconsistent pay dates. I do human resources for one of the companies I work; however, the time it takes to be paid after the instance payroll is posted varies from 1 to 3 days, so I'm never sure when my direct deposit will go through. There are other banking systems that offer more consistency, with no fees. I'm over this outsourced company. I've always had trouble communicating with them through phone calls. I'm over it.

I open two $5 per month Net spend prepaid account within June 2026 and each time I tried to use the prepaid debit card for purchases it keeps declining causing me embarrassment. I contacted several Net spend Customer Service Staff but no one fix the issue so am done with Net spend prepaid debit card account. Net spend is scamming my monthly fees and no service. SCAMMERS 😡
