After 25 years of using Net Spend I had to drop them because they kept taking money out of my account that for doordash that I never even used they would not replace my money, so I canceled my card and went to a real Bank thanks to the real bank I don't have to pay a fee to have my money loaded in my bank account I will never use Net Spend again they are a huge bunch of liars!

After a cash purchase at 7 11 store I was told a card would arrive in 7 to 10 days but after 11 business days still no card in time for lease expiration. 40 days later still no forwarded card. Phone reps now Mgr. Hung up on me after help support transfer. I recommend if using get a card from where you load, or it's fraud or else refund by a check sent to whatever address user says but yet they can't just send a new card. 1 mo fee plus purchase price already lost let alone tied up funds of 400 us
