I did take advantage of using this when I worked at my former job, and it saved me a couple of headaches due to just starting out with a new company and having to wait 2 weeks for a week's paycheck. The only downfall, and It's really not even a downfall cause how else is a card company supposed to make revenue, was the fee I had to pay to withdrawal ANY amount of money from it. The higher the amount I wanted to withdraw the higher the fee I believe was how it was. Other than that, awesome idea!

This has been an extremely difficult holiday season I can't access my account for one. My account was fraudulently wiped out this month and there hovering on my account as purchases instead of paying for what they stole Dec 1. Trying to access my account they tell me theve sent access numbers to my Gmail 3 or 4 times. Hasn't happened. And this company doing this is Burn peak there using Walmart to look like my charges. Netspend has flagged OTHING EXCEPT WHAT I NEEDED A SMALL ORDER. THESE

As of right now my experience is pretty bad... Every time I try to log in it tells me they will contact me in a few business days and so far it's been over a month, and I keep sending an email to contact them to check on the update and I have not heard back from them yet...as far as I'm concerned they're not that great 👎

Absolutely the worst app ever. They make a mistake and don't want to fix it. The world's worst customer service center. Agent Amanda has no customer service skills. Please fire her. Don't bother to download!!!!! Update 11/18/25 Supervisor is stupid and can't fix the issue. They want to blame the employer for their own mistake. DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are stealing money!
