After 2 weeks camera stopped working says use app to configure the Wi-Fi network, but it's not working.

Right out of the box the camera that uses this soft wouldn't connect to either of my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi or my 5GHz like it said it could. I restarted my Wi-Fi and the camera itself with still no luck. Meanwhile, the camera just keeps giving me to connect to Wi-Fi prompt. 100% returning the camera and want to inform others that this software is just as bad as the physical product.

Cannot register. Each time I enter the code to sign up that was emailed to me, it says enter valid email address. How did I get the code if it wasn't emailed to me? I tried the same with mobile phone number, but once I got the code via text, it still says enter a valid email address.
