Best thing we ever bought. Took a bit of convincing over internal house camera's, but we are really happy we took the external CCTV option. As we can check the CCTV anywhere in the world via internet, it made real sense to go external CCTV. The Install-IT team were great and very professional.

The app is good, but it does have its issues. Password recovery/reset is difficult to get set up properly. The cameras that are added to the account, needed to be re-added when re-installing the app or setting up on a different device. So they don't save to the account, except for doorbell cameras that have been manually added using the code inside the doorbell. Other than that, it's user-friendly and has a lot of features.

Every time there is an update I cannot get live view via mobile data, only works with home internet. Please fix this!

Used to be problem free, but recent updates had been buggy. The long live stream load time is finally resolved but the latest version now shows an error whenever >2 streams are viewed: "Number of streaming channels exceeded limit. Please stop playing other channels of the device and try again." Didn't use to be the case in earlier versions.
