The app is very easy to use and set up. Once connected to your CCTV box via the internet. It offers great features such as playback, the ability to zoom, and also screenshot and create videos in real time of offense captured by the CCTV. This makes downloading footage of any events. A lot easier than trying to download it on the hard drive box. It also offers the ability to view your camera footage whilst out and about away from the home. It also has real-time notifications of events.

The app is the worst, only installed this 2 months ago and im unable to view anything as soon as I open thr app it crashes, only way I can view the cameras is at home on the monitor, maybe an update may fix it, but there isn't an update available, they need to sort this out, and they also need an easier was of navigating through the software.

My Internet went down. Now I am not able to access the system remotely. I uninstalled the app from my phone and not it will not connect to the device every time I scan the QR code from the system. I need to have customer support help me get this up and running on my cell phone as it di before.
