This thing survived a lightning strike at my house, but my network took a hit. Back up and running. I'm not sure why they mention a rooted device. I'm only saying this thing survived a lightning strike at my house. The strike took out most of my network equipment but this baby survived. Root??? Not me.

Cameras work good but can't get all to record 24/7 only one will record all the time the rest only record motion and usually can only review 1/4 of them very unsatisfied.

App force closes when attempting playback or even just live-streaming. Issue started today even after clearing the cache and reinstalling. Edit to add the crash is only caused when connected to a Wi-Fi network. It occurs on the same network as the nvr system as well as a different network

Poor experience right out of the gate, I created an account on my DVR, guess what can't use that to log in to the site, or app, so I create another account on the site, guess what that doesn't work on the app or the DVR. I cannot get the app to communicate with the dang DVR period. I scan the QR code it complains, no matter what I can't get them to work together. UPDATE: They are lying in their response. You have to give your email and a password on the DVR or you cannot use it period.

Worst cctv ever trying to live chat with anyone is a joke. Both cameras have stopped working on my app and only one works when plugged into my TV. I did a factory reset and now lost everything and not one of your help at all. Defo going to find a better cctv company than you
