Purchase a 2 pack with solar, I live on the West coast in Canada, so far have not had any real issues, the solar has worked perfectly, and we are very happy with the purchase. We have had them for about 6 months and recommended to our friends who also purchased. There were a few updates at the start, but as long as you keep it up to date they kick back up and woek as intended.

Installed it in 2022 and set up a camera and away it went effortlessly!!......don't know what others are doing wrong to have trouble....non-techies perhaps? Get your signal strength up by spreading the antennae....it will drop out of the app now n again, but reopen it and it's fine for another month or 2.....works well & gives us piece of mind in monitoring when we are away as well as notifying when motion is detected and talking to whomever shows up......updates help.....keep up the good work!!!

2 time doing review. Still freezing. Not recording when needing. Only records 20 seconds won't adjust to longer. App getting worse

I've had long plus for a few years. When it works it's great, originally the company helped me fix errors I would get, but I've paid for yearly subscription cloud packages and only 2 of them (mostly) consistently work. My other cloud packages don't work, and it deleted vital footage I needed. Just disappeared. It takes a long time for the camera feed to load. I used to recommend these to everyone, now I feel stupid. I'll update my review if I become happy with the 'service'

When first purchased cameras worked great. I received notifications like I should be. Now nothing, and it's been that way for over a year. They are fully charged and hooked to the solar panels. They are absolutely junk. Not worth a dime. So sorry that I purchased these. Ready to take a hammer to them. There hasn't been an update for them in a long time
