Moved from cable to fiber and need 2 constantly reset. Possibly due to older model, but extra difficulties resetting

The app is okay. It's very slow and takes quite sometime to open. On average, it'll take about 1 - 2 minutes to open and load the footage from one of the cameras. There are also times when the camera won't connect. The cameras are supposed to be subscription free, and they are to a certain extent. Without the subscription you can only view 10-second intervals. My last gripe with the app is that every time I update the app I have to reconfigure everything, it's a pain.
