A++++ make sure to log in to your router and Enable “MAC Filter” → Yes (Allow only listed MACs) Add your cameras’ MAC addresses (find them under Network Map → Client List). This ensures only those cameras can connect — even if someone guesses the password. And Once you make those tweaks: ✅ Cameras stay connected ✅ Neighbors can’t see or access your network ✅ No one can change your router or camera settings add the camera MAC addresses under that“Enable MAC Filter” section. 😉 enjoy

I love this app the camera is easy to set up it shows clear I put a SD in it only might capture one or two short videos and that is only if you push the ring button sometimes when I open it to look outside nothing I have to keep putting my password in to open the camera WHAT, I don't think I would buy the cloud what would happen I would be disappointed I would still recommend it, it's a nice camera

It used to show me the captured videos from movement, but now I have to pay for a plan to view anything. The app and cameras are useless now. Complete waste of money. All they want is your money!!!

The app won't even open, so I can't even complete setup. So I have a useless camera that I can't activate because I can't access the app

Very slow to fix the bug that stops me viewing sd recordings. You should have that fixed by now. Very unfair on the customers who rely on the sd card option to view recordings. Your technical team who are looking at the issue are extremely slow in fixing the problem. Very unhappy and thinking of changing companies to a more competent service who fixes problems right away.
