I have had a security camera hooked up to my Wansview Cloud aap now for 2 years, and just recently it caught the delivery person stealing one of my packages that he was supposed to deliver to my door. So I would tell you that it works really, really well.

They are okay doesn't always catch motions though. Stood behind it b4 mounting one outside waved my hand in front of it few times didn't send or catch motions dead 8n front of it. Yesterday didn't catch anything. But mostly catch any motion such as bugs spiderwebs swaying. Again it's alright

I set up 4 Cinnamon D1 cameras on the App. They only stayed connected for approx 2 hours then went offline. This kept happening, and I contacted the support department, and they responded, but I still had the offline issues. I have a dual-band high speed Wi-Fi router with both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. I connected a wireless Wi-Fi extender & only set it up on the 2.4ghz and then connected the App & Cameras to the 2.4ghz extender, and now the cameras stay online. The app is not the easiest to use, but works

I have had so many problems with this app. I have the subscription automatically coming out, we pay every month but for some reason I'm being charged before the month is up and my plan still cancels, every time. And the service center is only open for calls in the middle of the night, I'm so sick and tired of this. I missed my son sitting up for the first time because my husband was who had him, if the cameras' subscription had been acting properly I could have saved that moment for life.

Camera drops from Wi-Fi and makes me sign back in multiple times a day. Pathetic.

The subscription service for the cloud is a joke. It runs you in circles, and you never get to set up a cloud. Funny because I had it for months, but now it can't add a card or complete a transaction. Get your act together, seriously.
