Exceptional customer service by Lydia! I have 3 2.5k cinmoore security cams and they are perfect. Lydia and Cinmoore keep up the good work!

Great cameras and app so far! I especially appreciate that it doesn't require a subscription to record and pics/video can be downloaded to phone! A feature that would be phenomenal is to recognize specific pets! I have a cat that has seizures and being able to set a camera app to follow a specific pet when they are in view would be so helpful in finding out if a pet has any medical issues (or behavior) when they're not in the same room as you! I don't think it would be difficult to program this

Would be better if the app had a section where it can show all the species of birds collected by the bird feeder. Instead of needing to go through all the events.

Worked the first few months, then told to upgrade to new version. Will not upgrade. Now I can only see live. The cameras will not record events and will not upgrade to new version.

They advertise on Amazon as no subscription, but then they require you to buy a subscription to view any video.

It was great until the new app update. Now to get a recoding of any events you have to buy the subscription. The entire reason we bought this camera was because it didn't make you buy it. Will not buy again & do not recommend.
